Terms and Conditions of MyTruckGarage Gbr

1. Scope/Contractual partner

These general terms and conditions set out the rules for concluding distance contracts via the online store www.mytruckgarage.com/de.
The contract is between the tenant specified in the order confirmation and Christian Weber & Kristaps Kiselis Gbr (hereinafter referred to as MyTruckgarage Gbr); MyTruckgarage is represented by Mr. Christian Weber & Kristpas Kiselis, Sternweg 4. 33378 Rheda-Wiedenbrück; mobile number: 0151 - 14966105.

3. The information and prices contained on the online shop's website do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the German Civil Code and are only an invitation for the buyer to submit a purchase offer.

4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to execute the order without giving reasons.

5. The prices stated on the website are gross prices and include 19% VAT, unless otherwise stated. This invoice amount does not include VAT in accordance with Section 19 Paragraph 1 of the VAT Act.

6. Prices are exclusive of shipping costs.

7. The standard shipping time for an order is up to 72 hours, unless otherwise stated. The vast majority of orders are shipped the same day. If the delivery time is longer than 72 hours, you will find this information in the product description. The delivery time is calculated in working days (does not apply on Sundays and public holidays).

8. The goods will be delivered by courier service, unless otherwise stated.
For items with irregular shapes, weights or dimensions, prices and delivery options and conditions are agreed individually. The seller may refuse to ship non-standard goods.

9. Personal collection is only possible after prior arrangement and approval of the seller. The company operates two-way sales - wholesale and mail order deliveries, so there is no stationary shop with fixed opening hours.

10. Payment methods:
-traditional bank transfer
- fast Internet transfer - we do not charge any commission (the operator of the fast payments is the company "DOT PAY").
-Payment upon collection (cash on delivery) - only with the consent of the seller, for certain product groups and customers.

11. Withdrawal from the contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of delivery without giving any reason.
Products that are excluded from return:
-electrical parts
- Items on order
-Goods that cannot be returned for hygienic or aesthetic reasons,
-with signs of use, damaged
Returns should be sent to the following address: Christian Weber, Sternweg 4, 33378 Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Germany.

The package with the returned goods should be accompanied by a "Declaration of Withdrawal from the Contract" (completed and signed) with proof of purchase. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return and inspection of the goods.
